Dermapure is currently seeking a patient-focused and dedicated GP with GP Derm Certification to join our growing team to their location in Tecumseh & Windsor, Ontario. Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments. As Medical Director, your responsibilities extend to supervising the clinic’s operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Director,



and support staff.

Qualifications -

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP)

Current license in good standing with the CPSO

Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques

Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry

Compensation & Revenue Sharing -
Performance-driven model rewarding both clinical activity and leadership. Estimated $350,000–$450,000 annually after clinic split for established injectors, plus a monthly stipend. Injectors are paid on services personally provided, services supervised, and a percentage of total clinic-wide sales when serving as Medical Director.

Medical Recognition Team Plan (MRTP): An opportunity to share in your clinic’s profitability. Providers who meet gross-profit and cross-selling criteria earn a share of a quarterly incentive pool — open to all physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses.
