Lead the transportation operations at Pacific Rim Distribution as a Fleet Supervisor with Commercial Logistics Inc. Your leadership will drive daily success and operational efficiency in Nanaimo.

In this hands-on role, you will oversee a dedicated team and directly impact service quality and operational performance. The position involves coordinating drivers, equipment, and freight, as well as managing daily performance, safety compliance, and cost control. Support the continuous improvement of processes within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily transportation activities effectively
• Assign driver and equipment resources as needed
• Respond to operational delivery and service issues




• Oversee cross-dock and outbound freight operations
• Participate in employee recruitment and training

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience
• 4–6 years in transportation or logistics environments
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of transportation regulations
