As a Lane Closure Technician with Glen Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining protected work zones on active road sites. We prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in operating lane closures and familiarity with Traffic Management Plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up lane closures and detours per Traffic Management Plans
• Calculate taper lengths and sign placements accurately




• Operate LCT trucks and ensure safety during setups
• Monitor traffic and adjust lane closures as needed
• Maintain communication with crews and supervisors

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of LCT experience
• Proficient in Traffic Management Plans
• Completed FLRA and aware of site hazards
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and safety-focused
