Located near London and St. Thomas, Ontario, Common Ground Farm is looking for a dedicated farmer to contribute to its year-round operations. Ideal candidates are passionate about organic farming and enjoy engaging with customers at local markets. Experience in farming is a plus, but enthusiasm and commitment are key attributes we value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in growing a variety of organic vegetables
• Engage with customers at farmer's markets
• Work on intensively managed fields and crops
• Participate in harvest, building, and storage activities
• Maintain soil health and farm sustainability

Requirements:
• Available for full-time work starting Feb/Mar 2027
• Interest in organic mixed vegetable farming
• Experience working on a farm is an asset
• Ability to drive to local markets
• Willingness to work at least two market days monthly
