JOB TYPE: Temporary full-time
SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spoken French and English essential and written French or English

JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent helps develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for all professions and trades within the Vitalité Health Network. They participate actively in recruitment activities as such based on best practices and new trends in talent acquisition. Assist and works in close collaboration with the staffing advisory team, Human Resources business partner, managers and directors from the various sectors to attract and recruit our future employees. They participate in external and staffing and remains up to date on departmental realities and needs so that their recruitment initiatives adequately meet workforce needs. They also address the various needs of managers and employees in terms of recruitment, staffing, current employee integration, workforce planning and remuneration activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources Management option or a related field);
- Professional title in human resources (CPHR) considered an asset;
- Minimum of two (2)
years' broad recent experience in human resources management in a unionized environment;
- Any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant and equivalent could be considered;
- Proficiency of the Microsoft 365 suite and knowledge of other software applications used within the Network;
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and work within established deadlines;
- Excellent judgment, with strong listening, analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong customer-service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
