You will directly support clients by solving inquiries, processing deposits, and maintaining essential records for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process client deposits for RRSP and pension groups
• Ensure accurate pre-authorized debit withdrawals
• Handle member payments for LTD and retirement allowances




• Investigate general inquiries from employers and members
• Prepare reports for audits and compliance

Requirements:
• Post-secondary courses in Benefits, Investments, or Pension Administration
• 2-3 years in employee perks or pension management
• CEB or CEBS certification preferred
• LOMA AAPA designation is an asset
• Strong communication skills and critical thinking
