In this role, you will prepare meals according to therapeutic menus and ensure proper food temperature and portion control. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals based on standardized recipes and production sheets
• Monitor food quality and kitchen equipment operations
• Direct Dietary Aides during meal preparation
• Maintain accurate records like menu changes and temperature checks
• Make menu adjustments in the absence of the Dietary Manager

Requirements:
• Culinary certificate or Cook qualification
• Experience in institutional cooking preferred
• Ability to follow safety practices
• Strong communication skills in English
