In this full-time position, you'll play a vital role in a 24/7 van outreach program. Your focus will be providing food, shelter, and harm reduction supplies to those in need. Key skills include crisis management, knowledge of community resources, and a commitment to harm reduction principles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure community needs are met with food and shelter supplies
• Drive and operate outreach vans effectively
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents
• Assist unsheltered individuals during extreme weather
• Maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements:
• Experience in human services or outreach preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• CPR and First Aid certifications needed
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture is an asset
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
