Osler Health System is seeking a part-time Health Care Aide for the Complex Continuing Care program in the Greater Toronto area. The role involves direct patient care, support services, and collaboration with an inter-skilled team across multiple Osler sites.
The candidate must hold a Personal Support Worker certificate, be registered with HSCPOA, have current CPR, and experience with geriatric/rehabilitation populations. Lifting capability and flexibility are required.
