Listuguj is seeking an IT Technician to provide timely end-user IT support, diagnose issues, guide users through solutions, and document problems in the IT call-tracking system. The role reports to the IT Manager and requires a proactive approach to maintaining productivity.
Key duties include resolving password resets, hardware and software questions, network issues, and one-on-one support by phone or email.
