As part of the OPEZ Electrodiagnostic Lab at Cape Breton Regional Hospital, you'll conduct vital non-invasive cardiac tests. Bringing expertise in EKGs, Holter monitoring, and stress testing is essential, along with precepting new learners. Your role directly supports cardiologists and cardiac patients in both routine assessments and vital diagnostic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Electrocardiograms and Holter monitoring
• Conduct physician-assisted Exercise Tolerance Testing
• Prepare patients for stress and tilt table testing




• Mentor and precept recent learners in the lab
• Adapt to diverse clinical settings and patient needs

Requirements:
• Completion of a Cardiology Technology program
• Current registration with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists
• Recent clinical experience in an ECG Department
• Current BLS certification
• Proficient in multiple languages, French an asset
