holding each team member accountable to service standards.* Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure conference spaces are in proper working condition and meet guest standards.* Supervise and assist with the set-up and tear-down of meeting rooms, stock linen, and oversee inventory management.* Create bar requisitions from Banquet Event Order (BEO) information, ensuring requisitions are accurately filled and delivered to banquet bars.* Support beverage control by conducting periodic audits and supervising transfer processes.* Partner with sales and service teams to organize event diagrams, layouts, and guest flow to deliver seamless events.* Manage inventory of room elements, including chairs, tables, linens, staging, and other guest supplies.* Collaborate with Banquet leadership on Porter team scheduling to align with operational needs.* Based on business volumes, may be required to work in other F&B; operations for extended periods of time* Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.* Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations. **WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?*** Some knowledge in high volume F&B;* Reliable Transportation* Must be able to work all shifts including weekends* Great team player* Team Builder
