Reporting to the Head of Education and Learning, this role requires the delivery of interactive programs for diverse learners aged 3-18. You will prepare unique educational experiences that adhere to museum standards and support language acquisition. Your understanding of art history and contemporary practices will enhance learning within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare engaging gallery programs for young audiences
• Create studio projects meeting educational objectives
• Develop and evaluate accessible programming
• Promote welfare of students per AGA policies
• Research museum education methodologies
Requirements:
• Fluent communication in French and English
• Relevant degree in education or fine arts
• Experience mentoring children and youth
• Understanding of Alberta Program of Studies
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to needs
