Groupe Nordik Inc. is seeking a bilingual contact center representative to support our spa experiences across Canada. You will manage reservations, educate clients on benefits, and assist via phone, chat, or email.
Open 364 days a year, with a warm, collaborative workplace, we value strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. A high school diploma and 2+ years in sales or customer service are required; French and English are essential.
