As part of our Freshwater Team, you will support early rearing and breeding activities in our new land-based hatchery. The role is vital as our company experiences robust growth in Atlantic Canada. We are looking for motivated individuals who possess experience in aquaculture or RAS, with a preference for post-secondary education in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily operations at the hatchery
• Monitor and maintain water quality in RAS
• Collect and enter data into inventory control programs

Requirements:
• Experience with early rearing of Atlantic salmon preferred
• Familiarity with RAS systems considered an asset
• Solid organizational skills and a good work ethic
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Post-secondary education in aquaculture preferred
