Colliers seeks a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to oversee a range of retail and residential properties across Toronto. This position demands expertise in building systems, general repairs, and a commitment to high property standards. The successful candidate will frequently travel between sites, ensuring properties are environmentally responsible and operationally efficient while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including entrances and facilities
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance requirements
• Perform basic repairs in residential units,



including locks and light fixtures
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks, such as HVAC filter changes
• Use the Angus Anywhere system to manage tenant work orders

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
• Experience in building maintenance and basic repairs
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures (WHMIS)
• Robust customer service orientation and communication skills
