North Brands Group Ltd. is seeking an in office Assistant Manager for our Upper Kingsclear, NB location. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, supervises sales associates, and ensures top-tier customer service and merchandising standards.
You will monitor key metrics, coach team members, and coordinate promotional activities both in-store and online, while assisting with scheduling and onboarding. Flexibility to work peak periods is required.
