The Team
BC Mail Plus - Mail Payment and Document Processing (MPDP) is an established, diverse, and energetic team dedicated to providing secure, accurate, and efficient mail, payment, and document processing services to the BC Public Service.

The Role
The MPDP Production Clerk plays a vital role in processing financial transactions and managing critical government records in a highly secure and controlled environment.
This position is responsible for processing remittance payments, capturing and validating document data, maintaining records, supporting audit requirements, and ensuring the accuracy and security of information.

Qualifications: Education and Experience Requirements
2 years administrative or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of related education (e.g.
Office Administration or Accounting).
Experience in keyboarding/data entry, word processing, creating spreadsheets and working with standard computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook).
Proviso
This job is geographically restricted to work from Victoria BC.
The successful candidate must reside or be will to reside in Victoria within 30 days of accepting the position.
