Become a Health Care Aide with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, serving the Fort Garry Team in person. This role focuses on delivering compassionate care to individuals with various needs, including physical and cognitive impairments.

The position requires involvement within the Home Care Program while ensuring comfort, privacy, and respect for all clients. As a Health Care Aide, you’ll provide personal assistance and support to clients in their homes while maintaining a secure and effective care environment. You will also be a part of a team dedicated to enhancing health care delivery in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers




• Apply critical thinking in delivering care services
• Organize and prioritize assigned workload for efficiency
• Collaborate with team members and seek assistance when necessary

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
• Experience in care settings preferred
• Knowledge of Indigenous customs considered an asset
