Empower adult learners as a Part-Time ESL Instructor within the Upper Grand District School Board. This on-site role focuses on engaging students at Canadian Language Benchmark levels 2 and 3.

The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic ESL/LINC Instructor for a permanent part-time role at St. George's Centre. You'll teach adult ESL classes funded by both Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Engage, motivate, and support learners in a structured environment as you apply your proven classroom management and curriculum development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a multi-level task-based curriculum
• Utilize Portfolio Based Language Assessment in teaching




• Maintain excellent classroom management and organization
• Implement and adapt lessons using LINC curriculum
• Foster a commitment to learner success through engagement

Requirements:
• TESL Ontario accreditation in valuable standing
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Language Benchmarks
• Familiarity with Google Classroom is an asset
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills
• Proven commitment to student engagement
