Your responsibilities will include:* Cleaning carpets, upholstery, area rugs and related surfaces* Setting up and operating professional cleaning equipment* Driving a company vehicle to scheduled appointments* Providing friendly and respectful customer service* Managing daily schedules and job requirements* Completing scheduled work efficiently without compromising quality* Performing light maintenance on cleaning equipment* Representing Greenway with professionalism, care and a positive attitude## **What We Are Looking For**The right person will be dependable,



organized and comfortable working independently throughout the day.* Strong communication and customer service skills* Good time management and organizational abilities* A reliable and detail-oriented approach* A commitment to producing high-quality work* The physical ability to lift equipment and remain active throughout the workday* Confidence using hand tools, power tools and cleaning equipment* A willingness to learn Greenway’s systems, standards, products and equipment## **Experience and Qualifications*** Previous carpet cleaning experience is preferred* Two or more years of carpet cleaning experience is considered an asset* Experience in labour, trades, moving, detailing, cleaning or other hands-on work will also be considered* A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record are required* Applicants must be able to provide a current criminal record check* Applicants must meet Greenway’s bondability requirements* IICRC certification is considered an asset## **Compensation and Advantages****Expected compensation:** $45,000 to $65,000 per yearCompensation is commission-based with a minimum guarantee.
