Mountain Plains CSSN is seeking a dedicated Youth Support Caseworker for its Lyra Program. This position requires developing hands-on programming, supporting youth in their educational and employment journeys, and reporting on their progress. The successful candidate will foster positive relationships to ensure youth thrive in independent placements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate weekly Lyra workshops on life skills
• Support youth in attending appointments and educational programs
• Develop and complete Life Skills Assessments
• Report monthly on youth goal progress to the Program Manager
• Collaborate with team members and Children and Family Services

Requirements:
• Degree or 2+ Year Diploma in Child and Youth Care
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
• Transparent Criminal Records Check
• Vehicle Insurance with $2 million liability
• Access to reliable vehicle
