This full-time position emphasizes direct client care within the Supervised Consumption Service (SCS) at Radius. As a Client Support Worker, you will monitor client interactions, assess needs, and assist with overdose prevention education. You will build rapport with clients and help connect them with services, reinforcing important health promotion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with service users in a supportive environment
• Screen and triage clients for the facility
• Provide harm reduction and overdose prevention education




• Assist individuals during overdose emergencies
• Collaborate with nurses for community outreach and support

Requirements:
• Mandatory vulnerable sector check and criminal record check
• Robust problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Experience with diverse and vulnerable populations
• Familiarity with social support services in Edmonton
