Your Team
New-Life Mills: New-Life Mills has been a leader in livestock nutrition since 1964, providing feed solutions that support healthy, productive animals. With a focus on research, quality assurance, and species‑specific expertise, we help farmers achieve optimal performance and profitability.

We are seeking an Farm Hand to join our New-Life Mills Farm team. This role is responsible for responsible for day-to-day operations on the chicken farm.

Day to Day
Farm operations including animal care and poultry husbandry
Record‑keeping (monitoring of equipment,



feeders, etc.)
Mechanical, property and yard maintenance
Operating farm machinery including ventrac, tractor
Must adhere to all health and safety policies and practices

What You’ll Bring:
Experience in farming is an asset
Experience in operating tractors and other farming related equipment is an asset
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
Ability to work some weekends and holidays and on call alarm coverage
