You'll work flexibly across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, fulfilling individual needs while maintaining their dignity. Your creative approach will help remove barriers and support personal development of the individuals you assist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily personal support for individuals with Autism
• Maintain positive relationships with families and professionals
• Administer medication following established guidelines
• Document health records and individual support plans
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent experience
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Ability to physically support adults with Autism
• Valid G2 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Flexibility in work hours and travel availability
