It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job DescriptionSite Administrator/ReceptionistThe receptionist/site administrator works under the direction of site human resource team and is responsible for providing front desk reception, project administrator, and administrative support to site.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:ReceptionAnswer phones and greet customers in professional, courteous, and confidential mannerCreate an inviting entry area and be a host for customers and visitorsEnsure security compliance with guests/customers/vendors/supplier visitsManage & direct calls as appropriate and route adequate messages when requiredDistribute incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, etc.Order meals/drinks per request, prepare meeting rooms for business or team meetings, prepare utensils/tableware/meeting materials as required, maintain/manage HQ kitchen and its inventoryPerform other duties/responsibilities as required by direct leader/Director of Human ResourcesEmployee CommunicationsSupport and assists with developing employee communications for the siteAssist site in maintaining current and relevant employee communication CCTV monitor and bulletin boards throughout the site as directed by the Human Resources teamSupport communication needs/deliverables for employee engagement events, recognition, and internal communications as requiredPerform other duties/responsibilities as required by direct leader/Director of Human ResourcesSite AdministrationMaintains order in front lobby and keeps an adequate inventory of office/HR supplies, safety cabinet supplies, and general site ordering/purchasing support as needed.Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipmentProvides administrative support to site management team and human resources as neededEnsures adherence to company ITAR compliance, security,
and safety proceduresAssists with managing badge, building access, locker, and smock administration, as well as tool assignments for employees, new hires, and terminated workers.Participate in the site’s ‘culture’ group, assisting in the planning, preparation, marketing and execution of onsite meetings celebrations or eventsPerform other duties/responsibilities as required by direct leader/Director of Human ResourcesQUALIFICATIONS:Communications or Marketing education background highly preferredDemonstrated learning agilities in self-awareness, self-regulation, mental agility, people agility, change agility, ongoing results improvement agilityDemonstrated professionalism and confidentialityExcellent proper English communication and proofreading skills, both written and verbal Robust computer skills with a strong desire to learn (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Outlook, and other technologies)Professional appearance and approachProjects professional demeanor and builds trust by maintaining increasing professionalism, confidentiality, and improvements to work areaOrganized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressureAble to work independently, as well as part of a teamAble to multi-task and demonstrate initiativeWORKING ENVIRONMENT:Physical DemandsAs expected within a typical office type environment Mental DemandsCapable of accepting and completing work assignments with minimal supervision in a highly motivated manner,

Otherwise, office/business casual attire is appropriateReporting Relationships:Reports to: Director of Human ResourcesIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $20-$23 per hour. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.
