Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Project Description:

The successful candidate will combine strong hands‑on development expertise with architecture experience to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow capabilities that support business and operational objectives. This role will play a key part in ongoing platform evolution, integration activities, and onboarding new services into the ServiceNow within a classified setting.

Must Haves:

ServiceNow Development/Architecture (3+ years)

Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom solutions.

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.





Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Provide technical architecture guidance and support platform governance, standards, and best practices.

Lead ongoing platform architecture and enhancement initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Support the onboarding of new business units, services, and processes into the ServiceNow environment.

Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and architecture artifacts.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, application, and integration issues.

Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements to support organizational growth and modernization initiatives.

5 days a week onsite at 1600 Star Top, Ottawa.
