Ponoka Hospital currently provides endoscopy and obstetrical services and is expanding its surgical program to include cataract surgery, creating an excellent prospect to enhance your skills in a dynamic perioperative environment. Previous operating room experience is considered an asset and will support a smooth transition into the role. Required Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program.Active, or eligible for, registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA).Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:
Operating Room Technician designation from CLHA.

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years surgical experience.endoscopy experience.
