Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada, with approximately 9,000 employees. ## **What You’ll Be Doing*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to various job sites* Inspect vehicle before and after use to ensure safe and effective operation* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel* Load, transport, and unload concrete while maintaining quality standards* Complete delivery tickets and maintain accurate records of activities ## **What We Are Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly* Strong understanding of safety practices and willingness to follow procedures* Effective communication and customer service skills* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment checks* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team ## **Conditions of Employment*** Successful completion of a post-offer pre-employment physical examination* Successful completion of a background check* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
