As part of Youth Engagement Ministry, you'll work to develop youth programming while supervising volunteers and fostering relationships. This role requires participation in local schools, program planning, and managing donor relations to sustain and grow the Youth Engagement program. You'll also engage in prayer with both staff and youth, playing a critical role in their spiritual journey.
