This position requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience and solid sales skills. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for finalizing estimates, completing customer paperwork, and providing status updates. The role demands physical activity and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write accurate estimates for vehicle repairs
• Conduct process reviews and check in vehicles
• Finalize customer paperwork prior to delivery
• Communicate repair progress to customers

Requirements:
• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Experience with CCC1 or similar software
• Sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
