Empire Life Insurance is hiring a Digital Client Experience Specialist to join our Marketing team. The role is hybrid in Kingston or Toronto (York Mills) and focuses on optimizing end-to-end journeys for Plan Members, PAs, and Advisors across business lines.
You will collaborate with the Digital Product Owner, maintain web and mobile experiences, and ensure brand consistency while translating user insights into actionable briefs for design teams.
