EcoVadis is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead the SDR team across the Americas (AMS) region, driving pipeline growth through outbound and inbound activities and ensuring target attainment. You will collaborate with Marketing to develop demand generation plans and with Regional Sales Directors to align regional strategies.
You will recruit, onboard, and coach SDRs, manage budgets, monitor metrics, and deliver quarterly reviews to optimize performance.
