Ledcor Group in Fort McKay AB is seeking experienced Forepersons to join our reclamation and haul road construction team for the winter season. The successful candidate will lead a crew, ensure safe operation of heavy equipment, and drive daily planning and coordination on the site.
A robust heavy civil background and hands-on equipment experience are required, with a focus on safety, productivity, and clear communication with crew members to meet project priorities.
