The Salvation Army is seeking a Christmas Kettle Coordinator responsible for managing several kettle locations across your zone, including retail outlets and shopping malls. You will ensure adequate staffing, promote the campaign, and handle operational duties to support our mission of helping those in need. Your leadership will foster community connections while maintaining secure and well-managed kettles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support staff at kettle locations
• Ensure security of donations and equipment
• Coordinate delivery and pick-up of kettles daily




• Recruit and orient kettle worker staff/volunteers
• Communicate issues and supply needs to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Solid word processing and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to lift 20-25 lbs and stand long periods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
