As a Handyworker, you will utilize your skills in general maintenance, inspection, and repairs for residential properties across Ontario. With a minimum of two years of experience and your own tools, you'll complete tasks ranging from HVAC filter replacement to lockbox installation. You will work independently, using GPS navigation to travel between appointments while documenting your work digitally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete general maintenance and repair work on residential properties
• Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Install and remove lockboxes as required




• Replace HVAC filters and conduct routine maintenance
• Repair common household fixtures like doors, faucets, and light fixtures

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
• Own reliable vehicle and necessary tools for the job
