Human Resources Co-op Student (4 months)

($21.82 per hour, includes 4% vacation pay)

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the successful applicant will provide a range of general recruitment, engagement, and administrative support within the Human Resources Department.

The hours of work for this in-office position are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Participating in the recruitment life cycle.
- Maintaining the integrity of our Learning Management training system.
- Producing key performance indicators of the Attendance Management Program.




- Assisting with various special projects including researching and developing reports.
- Supporting Corporate Social and Wellness Programs including brainstorming ideas, creating promotional event materials, and implementing initiatives.

The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications:

- Current enrolment in a university or college Business Administration Coop program.
- Concentration or focus within Human Resources is preferred.
- Strong research, accuracy, communication and writing skills.
- Experience working with a variety of computer systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Share Point and the Canva graphic design program are considered assets.
