Provides an alternative to traditional, religious or clergy driven ceremonies.**What You’ll Do:** **• Meet with families, listen deeply, and uncover the stories that matter most.****• Discern and recommend meaningful ceremony options — readings, music, rituals, or****creative elements — tailored to each family.****• Design and offi ciate personalized ceremonies that celebrate life and provide healing.****Have confi dence in making changes as required to ensure that the Celebration of Life****meets the needs of the family.****• Coordinate with funeral directors and service providers to ensure smooth experiences.****• Prepare keepsake copies of ceremonies for families to treasure.** **MINIMUM Requirements** High school diploma or equivalent.— Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.— Strong listening, empathy,



and discernmentskills.— Comfort in both indoor and outdoorenvironments; ability to offi ciate ceremoniesin varied conditions.— Flexibility to work outside of standardbusiness hours as needed.
