What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet!

Experience in a leadership role preferred

2+ Years Hydrotesting experience

Strong problem-solving skills with a hands‑on leadership style

Excellent communicator who leads by example

Organize and supervise up to 10 employees

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with training requirements

Manage daily operations, task assignments, and equipment checks

Drive continuous improvement and meet customer expectations

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of 10+ people

Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress

Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

Competent with reading Isometrics, P&IDS;, and LDT’S

Cultivate a positive work workplace that boosts morale
