As a Controls & Dynamics Engineer at Volatus Aerospace, you will focus on tuning and validating flight behaviors across various UAV configurations. Collaborate closely with avionics, software, and flight test teams to ensure optimal aircraft stability. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and tune control loops for enhanced stability
• Develop guidance strategies for mission-specific flight behaviors
• Model effects of payload dynamics on flight behavior




• Create control strategies for operation around moving targets
• Improve aircraft response to environmental disturbances

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in control systems for UAVs
• Solid knowledge of feedback control and flight dynamics
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink or Python
• Experience with flight control systems like PX4 or ArduPilot
