The experience threshold is ten years, including five inbusiness architecture and transformation programs, and insurance domainknowledge is described as a significant asset.
Target candidate: a senior business architect with at leastfive years of practice in transformation programs, used to turning aprioritized initiative into defined needs, expected perks and a preliminaryscope. Their background shows recommendations that supported decisions on thenext steps of initiatives,



ideally in the insurance sector.
REQUIRED Experience in business architecture and in transformationprograms
Conceptual and synthesis skills
Understanding of organizational context and corporatestrategies
