Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee catchment staff and service delivery coordination
• Ensure trauma-informed navigation and referral practices
• Monitor caseload distribution and team capacities




• Support Centre Managers with complex operational issues
• Represent the catchment at community and funder meetings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
• 5–7 years in employment services coordination
• 3+ years in supervisory or leadership roles
• Familiarity with Compass and case management systems
• Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
