Aecon Civil is seeking a Foreperson for a landmark heavy civil infrastructure project in Ontario, Kawartha Lakes and Barrie regions. You will oversee daily field operations, lead crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the Construction Manager.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy civil, with earthworks, grading, and roadway construction, plus a valid driver's license and robust leadership and communication skills.
