Lead innovative multi-family residential projects across the GTA with a growing organization. This role requires strong construction fundamentals and a collaborative approach to project management.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the daily management of projects from preconstruction to completion. Your expertise in estimating, procurement, and design coordination will ensure timely and budget-friendly execution. You’ll collaborate closely with consultants, trades, and senior leadership while leading teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from preconstruction to completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions




• Prepare progressive project estimates through all design phases
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and trades

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related discipline
• 7+ years’ construction experience in multi-family or commercial projects
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and safety requirements
• Experience with prefabricated construction methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
