Unilever is seeking a Maintenance Lead to drive world-class manufacturing by eliminating breakdowns and optimizing maintenance practices across the plant. You will lead a cross-functional maintenance team, coach root-cause analysis, and implement preventative and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce costs.
You will leverage Focused Improvement and Quality methods, train technical staff, and establish countermeasures to sustain basic conditions and increase MTBF.
