The Technical Project Manager will provide project andproduct management leadership for large-scale, complex, high-profile, andhigh-risk public-sector I⁢ initiatives.

The role is responsible for helping ensure projectdeliverables meet business requirements within established timelines, scope,and budget. The successful candidate will bring robust experience in productplanning, product lifecycle management, project delivery, stakeholdercoordination, risk mitigation, requirements management, documentation, andpublic-sector IT processes.

The position requires strong coordination across businessand technical teams and experience supporting multi-year, multi-million-dollarinitiatives.

Work Arrangement:
5 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Ensureproject deliverables meet business requirements within establishedtimelines, scope, and budget.

Manageproject and product planning activities throughout the lifecycle.

Defineand execute product vision and strategy.

Gather,analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.

Createand manage detailed product roadmaps.

Coordinatecross-functional teams to support successful product delivery.

Managestakeholders, project risks, scope, and financial considerations formulti-year initiatives.

Formulatebusiness and technical requirements.

Solvebusiness problems and establish product visions and goals.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Product Management Experience – 50%

Provenexperience in product planning and lifecycle management.

Skilledin defining and executing product vision and strategy.

Abilityto gather and prioritize customer and business requirements.





Proficientin creating and managing detailed product roadmaps.

Experiencewith public-sector project assessments, including Threat Risk Assessmentsand Privacy Impact Assessments, and financial analysis for multi-yearprojects.

Provenability to manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, includingstakeholder management, risk mitigation, and scope control.

Expertisein formulating business and technical requirements, solving businessproblems, and defining product visions and goals.

Experiencecoordinating cross-functional teams for product delivery.

Technical, Deployment and Project Integration Skills –25%

Basicknowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Skilledin managing project lifecycles using tools such as Jira, Trello, MicrosoftProject, Kanban, and Azure DevOps.

Proficiencywith online collaboration tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, AtlassianConfluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack.

Documentation Skills – 20%

Familiaritywith public-sector PMO Stage Gate processes.

Experiencewith public-sector business processes, gating procedures, projectmanagement requirements, and business rules.

Must-Have Qualifications
