Farm Credit Canada in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, performance management, job evaluation and architecture, pension, benefits, wellness, disability management and payroll oversight. In this role you will establish transparent governance and policies, guide a dispersed team, and partner with Finance on pension and payroll requirements, ensuring programs are cost-effective, compliant and aligned with corporate goals.
