Role Description

This contract role is for a Mill - Reliability Engineer based in office in Kamloops, BC. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and improving equipment reliability, conducting failure analysis, developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance programs, and troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues.



The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance mill performance and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance methods
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Failure Analysis
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the mining or heavy industrial sectors is an asset
