Green Shield Canada (GSC) seeks a senior Client Success leader to build and scale a current enterprise capability. You will own strategic client relationships, drive a coordinated One Green Shield experience, and partner across regions and functions to deliver growth and retention.

You will establish account strategies, executive sponsorship, and joint success plans, while leading a matrix organization to achieve client outcomes. English/French proficiency is preferred.
