As a Quality Control Technician, you'll perform field tests and inspections on asphalt, soils, and aggregates, ensuring they meet specified standards. Reporting to the Quality/Project Manager, your role will include maintaining accurate records and assisting with calibration of equipment.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills are vital for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct testing and sampling of construction materials
- Keep comprehensive records of field activities
- Care for and calibrate testing tools
- Report any deviations from quality standards
- Partake in laboratory testing when needed

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in relevant technology is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Valid G driver's license necessary
- Capability to lift heavy materials over 25 kg
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging schedules
